Your Role

As a Client Sales Rep, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads to qualify and nurture relationships. You’ll use our integrated CRM system to manage your pipeline and ensure a professional, streamlined sales process. You'll report daily on key metrics like booking rate, while continuously refining your sales techniques through training.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in client-facing sales roles with a track record
Autonomous and self-driven, capable of managing your own sales process
Comfortable working in AEDT time zones to ensure alignment with our target market
Fully committed to a full-time position—no other jobs or studies
Resilient under pressure and thrives in a high-performance environment
Requirements:

Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of Sales experience with B2B or B2C sales.
Experience using Gohighlevel
Being structured with a great ability to articulate
Being proactive and always looking for new ways to improve the sales results
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Team-player with good communication skills
Able to follow step-by-step instructions
Stable internet connection
Stable electricity
A good quality headset
Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
Your total earnings will include a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Your drive and sales performance will directly influence your total compensation.
