- Cold calling property owners in our area to discuss our property management, leasing, and consulting services
- Create a detailed tracking sheet of which owners have been called, the outcome of each call, and when the next follow up will be
- Send follow-up emails to interested owners with more information about our company, services, and pricing
- Introduce interested owners to myself and my business partner to handle the closing and onboarding process
- Create attractive digital marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts)
