Key Responsibilities:
Work with warm leads to help them make purchase decisions, resulting in a 20% increase in sales conversions.
Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products, leading to a 15% growth in customer retention.
Negotiate and close sales deals, process online orders, and update CRM systems like Hubspot, streamlining operations and improving efficiency by 25%.
Requirements:
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficient in using a CRM system.
