Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted lead generation strategies.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to engage potential clients in the US market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at staffing agencies and recruitment firms.
• Present and demonstrate our AI-driven recruitment solutions to potential clients.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, specifically in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing in the US market.
• Familiarity with various sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment/staffing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working in California (PST) business hours.
