Tyler Campbell Tree Services specializes in hazardous tree removal and trimming. We partner with insurance companies to help them maintain their clients’ policies by addressing hazardous trees that could cause insurance coverage lapses. We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to build and maintain partnerships with insurance companies.

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Part-Time Sales Representative to connect with insurance companies and secure partnership agreements. You will be responsible for presenting our services, building relationships, and ensuring Tyler Campbell Tree Services becomes the preferred tree service provider for hazardous tree removal.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies using a provided call list.

Present and explain our service offerings in a clear, confident, and professional voice.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers at insurance companies.

Send pre-designed sales materials, including PDF brochures, promotional insurance packets, and a 30-second animated explainer video.

Follow up consistently to secure service agreements and maintain partnerships.

Use a CRM application for detailed note-taking and tracking sales progress.

Record all calls for quality assurance, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

1. Accent & Communication:

Must have a neutral or American-sounding accent.

Clear, professional speaking voice is essential.

Exceptional communication skills:

Prompt responses to messages or instructions.

Confirm understanding of tasks before taking action.

Ask questions: Do not hesitate to clarify tasks or request additional details.



2. Sales Experience:

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or insurance-related sales.

Ability to negotiate, build trust, and close deals.


3. Punctuality & Compliance:

Punctuality is NON-NEGOTIABLE. You must be able to:

Attend all scheduled calls and meetings on time.

Follow detailed instructions and execute tasks exactly as directed.



4. Work Environment & Tech Skills:

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Familiarity with CRM tools (training provided if needed).

Comfortable with call recording and performance reviews based on call evaluations.

Starting Pay: $2/hour, with potential for higher pay based on prior sales experience and voice quality.
