Rate: $1000-$2200/monthly (Salary and Commission)
Job Overview:
Our growing team is looking for a "Sales Representative" to help students sign up for lessons and to clearly communicate our brand promises to prospects. You'll be working with our knowledgeable team of sales agents, a manager, and other advisors to help put the pieces of our Plans together. You'll be trained on how to do this, start as an assistant, and slowly work your way up.
The ideal candidate will be given leads responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new customers
Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call handling, confidentiality, and data security.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working collaboratively with tea
Qualifications:
Fluency in spoken and written English communication
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in capturing caller information.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
No College or University experience required
