Position: Remote Sales Representative (Part-Time Can Lead to Full-Time!)

Location: Remote (Filipino Applicants)
Work Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Serenity Clean is actively seeking a Remote Sales Representative to bolster our dynamic team. We require an individual who is both motivated and results-driven. In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling the growth of our residential cleaning service. Your responsibilities will encompass efficiently handling inbound sales calls, engaging with potential clients in the sales pipeline, and successfully converting leads into confirmed appointments. Your proficiency in communication, characterized by a clear, neutral English accent, as well as your unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, will be pivotal in realizing our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

>Inbound Sales Calls: Manage incoming sales inquiries from potential clients, attentively discern their needs and preferences, and furnish comprehensive details about Serenity Clean's residential cleaning services.
>Weekend Sales & Card Declines: Take full responsibility for managing weekend sales. This includes resolving card declines to ensure bookings remain on the schedule and no disruptions occur.
>Client Success Tracking: Monitor and track client success issues over the weekend, ensuring that any problems are addressed promptly to maintain a high level of service and satisfaction.
>Pipeline Management: Maintain and oversee an exhaustive sales pipeline, ensuring punctual follow-ups and fostering relationships with prospective clients to advance them toward the booking phase.
>Product Knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of Serenity Clean's service offerings, pricing structure, and value proposition to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
>Booking Conversion: Apply persuasive sales techniques to transform leads into confirmed appointments via telephone, consistently meeting or surpassing monthly booking targets.
>Customer Engagement: Dispense exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, constructing rapport and instilling trust with potential clients to cultivate a favorable impression of Serenity Clean.
>Documentation: Uphold precise and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings within the company's CRM system.
>Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing insights and best practices to augment the overall success of the sales department.
>Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales strategies, refine communication techniques, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

>Neutral English Accent: Demonstrate an ability to communicate with a crystal-clear, neutral English accent, ensuring effective comprehension and communication with English-speaking clients.
>Sales Experience: Present a proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, coupled with a strong aptitude for persuasive communication and relationship building.
>Customer-Centric: Exhibit a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, actively listening to client needs, and customizing solutions to align with their requirements.
>Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills, enabling effective prioritization of tasks, management of multiple calls and follow-ups, and consistent attainment or surpassing of sales targets.
>Adaptability: Display comfort with remote work arrangements and adaptability to shifting sales strategies and priorities.
>Tech-Savvy: Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CRM software, call management tools and other communication platforms.
>Positive Attitude: Manifest enthusiasm, self-motivation, and an ability to maintain a positive attitude even when confronted with challenging situations.
>Availability: Maintain flexibility to work during the stipulated hours, from Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
