We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our remote team, specializing in digital solutions. In this role, you will prospect and engage potential clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and sales skills to drive revenue growth. You will work independently but collaboratively, contributing to the success of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling using a dialer,
Client Engagement: Conduct engaging sales calls and presentations, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
Sales Cycle Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Data Management: Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) to maintain accurate sales records, track client interactions, and manage leads effectively.
Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data from spreadsheets and CRM systems to identify trends, optimize your sales strategies, and report on your progress.
Qualifications:
Able to work graveyard shift: You will need to work with in the EST time zone to be able to connect with prospective customers.
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably selling digital solutions or related products/services.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and comfort using sales dialers and CRM systems.
Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve sales goals.
Remote Work Essentials: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional workspace, and a functional computer with a headset for calls.
Compensation:
Pay Structure: Base pay (to be determined) + Generous 35% commission on each sale.
Commission Growth: Potential for commission rate increases based on performance.
