Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our team by following up on proposals given to customers during our in-home consultations. Your main tasks will include calling customers to discuss and finalize sales for our range of products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proven sales history, and the ability to work within our CRM system to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on proposals provided to customers during in-home consultations.
Communicate with customers via phone to discuss and finalize sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven sales history with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology, including a personal laptop for accessing our CRM.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be located in or willing to work according to Seattle, WA time zone.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commissions.
Average salary for a good salesperson is around $5,000/month, with the potential to earn much more based on performance.
