JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, superior communication skills in English, and a deep understanding of the sales process. You will be responsible for managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This position is remote, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working within the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels to close sales.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
-Present and articulate the value of products or services effectively to meet client needs.
-Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings and competitive landscape.
-Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Accurately track and report sales performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

-Fluent in English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
-Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably with US-based companies.
-Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
-Tech-Savvy: Ability to use CRM software, email, and other digital communication tools proficiently.
-Internet Connection: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection to support remote work and ensure clear communication with clients.
-Availability: Must be available to work between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.
-Experience with US-based clients: Familiarity with the needs and expectations of American consumers or business clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience working remotely in a sales capacity.
-Experience in a specific industry related to the company’s product/service offerings.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensations
- There is a base salary of $400/mo (guaranteed)
- Earn money on each sale made $2,000 - $4,000 USD / 10% to 20% Commission
-There are sales bonuses based on meeting Key performance indicators (KPIs)
