JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on sales and administrative support. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing our CRM (HubSpot), organizing client and lead information, driving sales through cold calling and follow-ups, and assisting with weekly content organization for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales-Focused Tasks (Priority):

• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and secure appointments.

• Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads and current clients to nurture relationships and close sales.

• Client Care: Conduct regular care calls to ensure existing clients are satisfied and identify additional opportunities to serve them.

Administrative Tasks:

HubSpot CRM Management:

• Set up and maintain HubSpot as the primary CRM platform.

• Keep client information, interactions, and sales pipelines updated and organized.

• Content Organization: Assist in planning and organizing weekly content to post on our business’s social media platforms.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate appointments, sales calls, and follow-up tasks efficiently.

• Client Support: Provide responsive and professional support to client inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing. Experience in the real estate or media industries is a plus.

• CRM Expertise: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Ability to set up and optimize workflows is highly desirable.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Social Media Savvy: Basic understanding of social media platforms and content organization.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms.

• Self-Starter: Able to work independently, take initiative, be creative, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate or media industry.

• Background in customer service or client care.

• Knowledge of social media management tools.
