We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support and grow a thriving entrepreneurial coaching program led by Coach Dominique Williams. This role is perfect for someone who excels in customer engagement, accountability management, and lead follow-up while also playing a key role in sales and onboarding new members.
As an Accountability & Growth Coordinator, you will ensure that members stay engaged, follow through on their goals, and receive the support they need. You will also be responsible for following up with potential members, promoting the program, and helping new entrepreneurs join the community.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Member Accountability & Engagement
Track member progress and check in regularly to offer support and motivation.
Encourage participation in the coaching community by fostering discussions and celebrating wins.
Provide guidance by directing members to resources, training, and insights from Coach Dominique.
Identify disengaged members and proactively re-engage them.
???? Lead Generation & Sales Support
Follow up with potential members via
Promote and sell the coaching program by highlighting its value and sharing testimonials.
Hype up Coach Dominique Williams by sharing success stories and the program’s impact.
Engage with leads through strategic follow-ups and personalized outreach.
???? Onboarding & Retention
Assist new members with onboarding, ensuring they feel welcome and understand how to navigate the program.
Follow up on recent sign-ups to ensure they are set up for success.
Monitor member retention and report feedback on how to improve the experience.
What We’re Looking For:
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
? Experience in virtual assistance, customer engagement, or sales support.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple leads and follow-ups.
? Proactive and self-motivated—you take initiative and get things done without constant supervision.
? Comfortable using messaging apps,
? Social media savvy—you know how to engage with online communities and respond professionally.
