**Location:** Remote (EST Hours: 6 AM - 2 PM)

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage daily with customers through support tickets, providing exceptional service and strategically upselling additional services.
- Handle online sales chat inquiries directly from our website, guiding customers to the best solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support sales initiatives across multiple businesses within the DediRock umbrella, expanding your skills and industry knowledge.
- Potentially work in various sales roles either within DediRock or across our other related technical companies.

**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Assertiveness is key—sales experience is not necessary, but you must be confident and comfortable being direct.
- Courtesy or niceness is not specifically required for this role.
- Eager to learn—no prior experience necessary; full training provided!
- Reliable availability from 6 AM EST to 2 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
