Position: Experienced Sales Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with proven sales experience to join our international team. In this role, you’ll engage with clients' fans, drive sales through strategic conversations, and establish lasting relationships. This remote position offers flexible hours and is perfect for someone skilled in persuasive communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Engage & Sell: Leverage your sales expertise to connect with fans, promoting services in a way that feels personal and drives conversions.
Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with fans to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly quotas, using your sales knowledge to maximize every conversation.
Strategic Feedback: Share insights from fan interactions to optimize our sales approach and enhance engagement strategies.
Requirements:

Sales Experience:
Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is required. Proven ability to close sales and meet quotas is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English with strong written communication abilities. Additional languages are a bonus.
Attention to Detail:
Quick typing and accuracy in all interactions.
Flexibility:
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to maximize sales opportunities.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $2.5 per hour
Commission: 3% on all sales you generate through conversations
