Job Summary:
Awako.ai is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Prospecting Specialist to identify and engage potential customers for our fleet management solutions. This role focuses on lead generation and qualification, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively identify and research potential customers through various outbound methods, including calls,
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Awako.ai’s solutions.
Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads and determine their fit within our sales pipeline.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback on customer insights to help refine our sales approach and product offerings.
CRM and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline progression.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in prospecting.
Market Research and Strategy:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
Contribute to the development of prospecting strategies and innovative approaches to engage potential customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales prospecting or related role.
Proven ability to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
