WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and Execute: Oversee project deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time and at a high standard.
Drive Sales & Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue—plus, earn bonuses for hitting key targets.
Manage Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as their go-to contact for project updates and business growth opportunities.
Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to expand our client portfolio.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to lead, manage, and own the development of sales pitch decks, ensuring they are compelling, strategic, and visually engaging.
Performance & Process Optimization: Analyze sales performance, refine strategies, and leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and results.


WHAT YOU BRING
? A degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
? 3+ years of experience in a project management, sales, or leadership role
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and marketing
? The ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while keeping the team motivated
? Experience developing and refining sales pitch decks to drive business growth
