Working within a supportive team and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll leverage your sales acumen and digital prowess for self-marketing while aspiring to be recognized as a top-tier professional consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
Dive into marketing initiatives, engage clients and prospects through compelling conversations, workshops, events, and networking.
Cultivate consultative relationships, comprehending client needs, and propose tailored Professional Training solutions.
Harness the power of Salesforce CRM and existing marketing strategies.
Proactively handle client inquiries and foster new relationships.
Facilitate meetings for senior consultants and manage your own portfolio.

Career Plan:
Initial 6-Month Focus on Appointment Setting:
Gain thorough product knowledge and master consulting language through appointment setting tasks.
Conduct Awareness Calls and Targeted Appointment Setting:
Collaborate with performance consultants to execute awareness calls and set targeted appointments.
Provide Administration Support for Consultants:
Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to support consultants in their day-to-day operations.
Implement Targeted Sales Initiatives:
Execute focused sales initiatives to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Receive a base salary plus sales bonuses, with the potential for additional compensation based on acquired skill sets.
