The Padel School is the world’s leading padel coaching platform, helping players, coaches, and clubs improve their game through online memberships, coaching programs, and strategic partnerships. With a rapidly growing global audience and over 500K+ followers across social channels, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take our paid social, organic growth, and partnerships to the next level.
If you’re a self-starter, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you. You’ll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, driving projects independently, and working in a high-growth industry that moves fast.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Social Advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) with annual budgets of £50K-£100K.
Drive lead generation, course sales, and membership growth through targeted ads.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and optimize accordingly.
2. Organic Growth & Content Strategy
Develop and execute organic growth strategies across social media,
Work closely with our content team to create and distribute high-performing content.
Analyze performance data to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
3. Sales Campaigns & Funnels
Build and manage end-to-end sales campaigns for product launches, memberships, and online courses.
Set up and optimize sales funnels, lead magnets, and
Work with our product team to align offers, promotions, and limited-time deals with key launches.
4. Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing
Manage and grow brand partnerships and affiliate programs to generate new revenue.
Identify and build relationships with influencers, padel brands, and strategic partners.
Create co-branded campaigns and affiliate offers to maximize exposure and sales.
5. Data & Performance Tracking
Monitor, track, and report on marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions.
Implement tracking tools to measure performance and optimize marketing spend.
Continuously test and refine marketing strategies to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter, independent, and highly organized – able to manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, e-commerce, or digital subscriptions.
- Proven track record in running and scaling paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable with analytics and performance tracking.
- Well-versed in project management – able to keep multiple campaigns and initiatives on track.
- Passionate about padel or sports marketing (a big plus!).
