At One of Five, we focus on digital marketing for aesthetic clinics.
Our approach is all about creating meaningful connections with our clients rather than just pushing a hard sell. We work with a select group of 10 clients at a time, offering tailored and personalized marketing strategies. We believe in focusing on emotions, and real connections through our marketing, to help our clients grow. We’re not here to make quick pitches; we’re here to build real relationships and deliver results that align with the values and goals of the clients we work with.


We’re looking for a Sales & Outreach Specialist to join our team. This isn’t your typical cold-calling, hard-sell sales job. Our goal is to connect with aesthetic clinic owners in London and surrounding areas through authentic conversations that help us dUpgrade to see actual info if there’s a mutual fit. We work closely with our clients and only take on a select few at a time. This role is about understanding their needs, building rapport, and seeing if our approach aligns with what they’re looking for. We’re all about a personal, non-pushy approach to sales—no aggressive tactics here.

Your role will focus on setting appointments with potential clients, who will then be handled by our expert sales team. This is a commission-based role, with $400 per closed deal. And after reaching a set goal of 10 new clients, there’s the opportunity to move to a base salary + commission structure.


Key Responsibilities:

Research & Outreach: Identify aesthetic clinics in London and surrounding areas that might benefit from a more personalized marketing strategy.

Start Conversations: Reach out to clinic owners with the goal of having a genuine conversation, not a pitch. Understand their challenges and discuss how our approach could help.

Evaluate Fit: You’ll essentially be interviewing potential clients during your calls to see if they align with our values and whether we’re a good fit for each other.

Close the Right Clients: If a clinic seems like a perfect fit for our tailored services, you’ll work with them to move forward and begin the collaboration.

Manage Relationships: Keep in touch with leads and potential clients, providing additional information when needed and helping them understand how we can support their growth.

Report on Progress: Track your outreach efforts and report on the conversations you’ve had and the leads you’ve nurtured.

Skills & Experience Required:

Sales Experience: Ideally, you’ve got 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, especially in services or the aesthetic/beauty industry.

Natural Communicator: You’re not here to hard-sell; you’re here to have real conversations and listen to your prospects.

Client-Centric Approach: You understand that sales isn’t just about closing deals, it’s about aligning with the right clients and providing them with a service they genuinely need.

Self-Starter: You can work independently and manage your own time, especially when it comes to reaching out to potential clients.

CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar to track leads and keep things organized.

Emotionally Intelligent: You understand that selling isn’t just about facts—it’s about empathy and understanding emotions that drive business decisions.
