We are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Operations Virtual Assistant, someone who is not just talented but also ambitious, dedicated to professional growth, and passionate about making a significant impact in both our direct sales and consulting operations.

In this dynamic role, you will be undertaking various responsibilities across two key areas:

Supporting our high-ticket closing operations
Helping optimize our fractional sales consulting business

You'll play a crucial role in supporting Phoenix, managing day-to-day operations & fulfilling our core services (high-ticket closing and sales process optimization for clients).

Yes, this role will be challenging but also incredibly rewarding and manageable. You'll need to be proactive, ready to jump in at a moment's notice to support Phoenix, and think systematically as you help build and maintain our sales processes and consulting frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

High-Ticket Closing Support:

--> Managing CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy --> Handling appointment scheduling and follow-ups --> Processing and organizing client communications --> Creating follow-up sequences and templates --> Managing daily check-ins and reports

Fractional Sales Consulting Support:

--> Creating and maintaining sales process templates --> Building CRM workflows and automation sequences --> Documenting client sales processes and procedures --> Organizing consulting deliverables and resources --> Maintaining our library of sales optimization frameworks

General Administrative:

--> Creating and updating SOPs and training materials --> Supporting social media presence and content management --> Managing various administrative and operational tasks --> Systematizing repetitive processes --> Building and maintaining template libraries

You don't need to be a sales expert, but you should be highly organized and enjoy creating systems and processes that make operations smoother and more efficient.

Role Requirements:

--> Proficiency with CRM systems and ChatGPT / Claude --> Experience creating workflows and automation sequences --> Strong template creation and management skills --> Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities --> Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management --> Outstanding time management skills --> Fast and accurate typing skills --> Professional correspondence abilities --> Strong research capabilities --> Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
