We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Operations & Technology Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our clients’ sales teams and ensuring seamless operation of the technology tools they rely on. You will be the go-to expert for creating efficient workflows, troubleshooting tech issues, and optimizing sales performance through data and automation.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support:
Provide responsive and reliable support to agency clients’ sales teams for all technology-related needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator.
Act as the bridge between technology and sales, explaining tools and solutions in sales team language.
Data Management & Reporting:
Design, maintain, and update sales performance sheets in Google Sheets.
Add, edit, and refine performance metrics based on feedback from sales managers.
Automation & Integration:
Build and manage automation workflows in Zapier, connecting tools like HubSpot,
Ensure seamless data flow and integration across sales tools.
Customer Tech Support:
Provide technical support to GoHighLevel clients (Harvest AI) with a focus on excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
Learning & Innovation:
Quickly adapt to and learn new tools to integrate them into sales processes.
Proactively recommend and implement solutions to improve team efficiency.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience creating marketing funnels to enhance internal and client marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their customization for sales operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM systems (HubSpot,
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for optimizing workflows and empowering sales teams with technology.
