Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist with an emphasis in sales/cold calling to work on various sales, operations and administrative tasks for our Cleaning Business. Time zone is Pacific Standard Time. THIS POSITION IS PART TIME TO START, WITH THE ABILITY TO CONVERT TO FULL TIME DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE. Duties of the specialist are described below:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the specialist will be focused on making outbound cold calls/managing cold
On Saturday and Sunday, the specialist will be focusing on the following activities to manage the business: taking inbound sales calls to book cleaning jobs, managing cleaner arrivals and following of procedures, confirming customer payments, and other general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to use/organize or is willing to learn the following work tools: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Booking Koala, GoHighLevel,
Candidate we are looking for:
Excellent English Communication Skills, Tech/Software-Savvy, Confidence over the phone, Detail Oriented, Takes Initiative, Able to work with minimal supervision, Self Motivated, Ability to take on new tasks and learn/problem-solve quickly
Requirements:
Make Outbound cold calls to business owners and schedule walkthroughs
Fight through objections and rejection over the phone/email
Answer inbound calls and
Upsell the products and services to the interested leads
Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms
Assist in scheduling appointments/site visits
Ability to write clear and concise
Be the first point of contact for customers
Possess an empathetic yet confident demeanor over the phone
Updating client information, processing orders over the phone, etc
Ability to work alongside different departments
Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks
Manage leads as they come in
Assist in recruiting US staff, manage the Indeed job listing, review applicants, and help the client in onboarding the new employee
Maintain and manage records and other business and/or client information
Manage the social media pages of the business
Benefits:
Salary: $5 Per Hour + Incentives (The more you set qualified appointments and close deals, the more you earn!)
Technical Requirements:
Dedicated workstation at home
30 MBPS minimum Internet connection
Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
The most important qualities are confidence, being coachable, and the willingness to learn.
