Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage and balance the work of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans to meet company goals. Build both a partner network and attract qualified leads for our partners.
Growth & Team Building: This role offers growth opportunities, including building and hiring for your team as necessary.
Outreach & Tools: Leverage various outreach strategies and tools to optimize sales pipelines and lead generation.
Training: Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to enhance their performance.
Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in sales operations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Knowledge of building and executing marketing and sales plans.
Familiarity with different outreach strategies and sales tools.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and assist the sales team in closing business.
Leadership and organizational skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
