We are not a nursing home; we focus on assisted living, offering a comfortable and active lifestyle for our residents.
We primarily serve the families of aging seniors who are searching for a trusted and caring place for their loved ones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to all sales and marketing inquiries via phone,
- Share detailed information about our facilities and schedule tours
- Oversee contract and move-in documentation
- Manage social media platforms to engage with potential residents and families
- Organize
- Maintain CRM records (Docentt) to ensure accurate resident and lead tracking
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling
- Document processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (with near native accent)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in social media management
- Technical skills for CRM and
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- A great sense of humor and a positive attitude
