Endorsely is an affiliate management agency that helps SaaS companies grow their affiliate programs. We work with top-tier SaaS brands to recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Affiliate Outreach Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our affiliate recruitment efforts.

Role Overview:
As an Affiliate Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding potential affiliates for the SaaS affiliate programs we manage. Your role is crucial in expanding our clients’ affiliate networks by engaging with relevant content creators, marketers, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and reach out to potential affiliates via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Personalized Outreach: Record custom Loom videos and send tailored messages to prospective affiliates to increase response rates.

- Follow-Ups & Engagement: Handle responses, answer queries, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into active affiliates.

- Onboarding & Support: Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the program, tools, and commission structures.

- CRM & Tracking: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and conversions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the account managers and clients to refine outreach strategies and improve success rates.

Who You Are:
You’re a proactive communicator with strong persuasion skills and a knack for building relationships. You enjoy engaging with people online, can think creatively about outreach strategies, and are results-driven in your approach.


Must-have experience in at least one of the following:
- Comfortable recording and sending personalized Loom videos to engage prospects
- Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development
- Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Outreach, or Partnerships
- SEO Outreach, Link Building, or Blogger Outreach
- Customer Success or Community Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, Monday, or similar is an advantage)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus but not required (training provided)
