R&B Properties is a leading property management company in Ontario, dedicated to providing top-tier services to property owners and tenants. We are expanding and looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely!

What You’ll Do

???? Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and newsletters
Conduct competitor analysis to improve our marketing efforts
Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
Utilize CRM tools like Zoho and GoHighLevel to track leads


???? Sales Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential clients via text, email, and phone
Schedule and follow up on calls with prospective clients
Assist in generating and nurturing leads

What We’re Looking For
? Experience in digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, lead generation)
? Strong sales communication skills (phone, text, email)
? Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, Zoho, and GoHighLevel
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Experience in the real estate/property management industry is a plus!
