Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract to start with, learn and understand our products efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 6-month email marketing plan within 2-3 weeks. This role involves preparing mail merge email campaigns, selecting specific products to promote based on seasonal trends, customer events, client acquisition, and everyday use to suit their business. Marketing design management of graphic designers experience for guiding customers to engage and order as the result of your. We provide our own graphic design team for assistance for you to work with.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a 6-month email marketing plan.
• Prepare and execute mail merge email campaigns.
• Review and learn about products from our three different websites.
• Select specific products to promote based on seasonal trends, customer events, client acquisition, and everyday use.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their branding needs.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in email marketing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, it helps if you have experience with mail merge, mailchimp and similar email marketing platforms of campaign tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and review products from multiple sources.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
