JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Managers to lead our sales team in our expanding rental arbitrage operations. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and mentor Sales Representatives, ensure contract negotiations are handled effectively, and collaborate with General Managers to launch and grow our operations in new cities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives, implementing strategies to improve productivity and close rates.
Contract Oversight: Oversee the negotiation of rental contracts with landlords and tenants, ensuring all agreements are favorable and compliant with company policies.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers to plan and execute the launch and growth of rental arbitrage operations in new cities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and overall sales performance.
Client Relations: Maintain and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a sales management role, with a track record of leading teams to achieve or exceed targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a focus on results.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using sales and property management software, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
