JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Processing New Leads - Importing them into the CRM and enrolling them in follow-up sequences with the sales team.
Conducting Delayed AFC Activity Checks - Investigating why leads haven’t been followed up with.
Conducting Duplicate Record Checks - Ensuring there are no duplicate sales leads in the CRM.
Conducting Unqualified Lead Checks - Ensuring we’re not following up with unqualified leads.
Managing CTM Prospect Staging - Editing lead records in our phone system for the sales team.
Conducting Out of Sequence Checks - Ensuring all leads are in a follow-up sequence with the sales team.
Monitoring Reviews - Checking for new reviews in Google My Business and Yelp.
Setting up and Managing Review Sequences - Soliciting customers to leave reviews on Google and Yelp.
Forwarding Feedback to Instructors - Sending customer feedback to instructors.
Managing Order Confirmations - Transferring order details from scheduling and payment systems into our CRM.
Following Up on Unconfirmed Orders - Contacting customers and instructors to ensure communication.
Rescheduling Lessons - Adjusting lessons in the scheduling system per customer and instructor agreement.
Processing Refunds - Coordinating refunds with the team if necessary.
Reassigning Lessons - Rescheduling lessons with new instructors if the original is unavailable.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong background in Customer and Administrative support.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Documents, Drive).
Preferably experienced with cloud-based CRM systems.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to adapt to various scenarios.
Proficient in office/admin management with the capability to suggest process improvements.
Must have a personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a quality headset with a microphone.
