JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead our sales team, and enhance client relationships. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and maintaining brand reputation as a trusted leader in wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound 1-on-1 video consultations, which are scheduled directly on your calendar, to engage with potential clients in a professional and personable manner
• Master the provided sales script, maintaining optimal tonality and demonstrating active listening skills to effectively respond to client needs and pivot as necessary during consultations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting our GLP-1 membership program as a tailored solution for their weight loss goals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, actively contributing to company growth
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or medicine.
• Strong Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meet quotas, and drive business growth.
• Team Management: Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wellness, hormone therapy, or medical aesthetics is a plus.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Previous experience with Jeremy Miner’s NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) sales system is a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Base salary + commission structure (approx. 3% of gross sale)
