Hi, My name is Jarvis and I'm the Morning Hero! Before I tell you about this awesome opportunity, let me first tell you a little about me and my company.

I am probably the happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled person in the world :-) But it wasn’t always this way… 5 years ago, I was not happy with my life. I wasn't making the income that I wanted... I was overweight... and I always felt "stressed out". I just felt stuck in my life. This led to me abusing drugs and alcohol to numb myself from my unhappiness. Eventually, I lost everything. I got fired from my job, my girlfriend and I separated and I had to move into my friend's basement. I was at a rock bottom.

I knew I wasn't living up to my full potential in life. I knew that I meant for greatness! That’s when I became OBSESSED with personal development. I read a book called "The Miracle Morning" that introduced me to the power of waking up early with a structured morning routine.

I started waking up at 5 am every day to work on my goals. Within 30 days, My life completely transformed! I started my own business, I got down to the best shape of my life, and I asked the woman of my dreams to marry me. It was unbelievable how fast my life transformed from this simple concept... wake up early and set my intentions every morning for what I want in life, and then take action to get it! Every MORNING, I would do this routine and I turned into a HERO. Every MORNING, I turned into a HERO… and that’s how the MORNINGHERO was born!

Now my passion and purpose is to help millions of people become MORNING HEROES so they can live up to their full potential and have all the success and happiness that they deserve in life! I believe that we can end depression and substance abuse by helping people WIN EVERY.DAMN.DAY!

About the Role:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping amplify The Morning Hero message.

The more people hear this message, the more lives we can change!

Your primary focus will be helping me secure speaking engagements for The Morning Hero at:

? Corporate Conferences (Fortune 500 sales teams, leadership events)

? Industry Conferences (Real estate, financial services, HR, technology)

? Podcasts & Media (Top podcasts, YouTube interviews, business publications)

You will own the process of research and outreach to secure these opportunities. Once the conversation is initiated, I’ll take over and close the deal!

This is a commission-based role with a base salary + a bonus for each successfully booked event.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research & Prospecting: Identify speaking opportunities, corporate events, industry conferences, and media platforms aligned with The Morning Hero brand.
- Lead Generation: Find the decision-makers, event organizers, and podcast hosts who book speakers.
- Cold Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate conversations with event organizers and corporate decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Track opportunities and follow up to stay top of mind.
- Pitching: Craft persuasive pitches and emails to land speaking engagements and media placements.
- Hand-Off: Once a conversation is initiated and an opportunity is live, I’ll step in to finalize the deal.
