We are seeking a Sales and Funnel Manager to create and optimize sales funnels and marketing systems to drive lead generation, maximize sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•? ?Sales Funnel Development & Management:
o Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to maximize lead generation and conversion.
o Leverage tools like GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar platforms to build and manage funnel workflows.

•? ?Lead Management & Segmentation:
o Generate and segment leads from multiple channels, including email, social media, and ad campaigns.
o Develop strategies for lead nurturing to ensure high-quality conversion rates.

•? ?Sales & Revenue Growth:
o Convert leads into sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
o Develop top-notch sales conversion systems to achieve revenue growth targets.

•? ?Analytics & Campaign Optimization:
o Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to fine-tune strategies and maximize ROI.
o Use analytics to understand customer behavior and improve funnel efficiency.

•? ???Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns:
o Set up and manage automated drip email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
o Optimize email content and sequences to drive higher conversions.

•? ?Collaboration & Strategy:
o Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align strategies and campaigns.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall sales and marketing process.

Required Qualifications
•? ?Experience:
o 3-5+ years of proven experience in sales funnel management, lead generation, and sales optimization.
o Expertise in building and managing sales funnels using tools like GoHighLevel (preferred) and similar compatible platforms.

•? ?Knowledge of sales tools:
o Strong knowledge of funnel-building tools, sales conversion optimization, CRM systems, and lead management software.
o Proficiency in setting up and optimizing automated drip email campaigns.
o Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies.
o Knowledge an understanding of implementing sales intelligence tools.

•? ?Sales & Marketing Expertise:
o Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, upselling, cross-selling, and sales optimization tools.
o Proven track record of improving lead-to-sale conversion rates.

•? ?Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and trends.

Goals & Objectives
•? ?Develop and launch at least 3-5 high-performing sales funnels within the first quarter.
•? ?Achieve atleast 20% increase in lead-to-sale conversion rates within six months.
•? ?Optimize email marketing campaigns to drive 15% revenue growth from nurturing sequences.
•? ?Continuously analyze and improve funnel performance to maximize ROI.
