Sales Manager – Cold Calling & Prospecting (Remote | EST Hours)

I need an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our prospecting and outreach efforts. If you have a strong background in cold calling, email marketing, Salesforce, and have managerial background.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the sales team in prospecting and cold calling
- Develop and implement email blast campaigns for lead generation
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for tracking and reporting
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and processes

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management and cold calling
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
- Excellent English (native American accent english preferred)
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
