Job Description:
As the Sales Manager at Equity Track Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team to ensure maximum production possible through reviewing calls, engaging with existing teams, and ensuring that leads are nurtured through the real estate investment process. You will work closely with the executive team and collaborate with various departments to identify potential investment opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to home sellers. Your expertise in building relationships, understanding sellers' needs, and managing leads will be crucial in driving the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls from home sellers, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the company's investment offerings and services.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build tea
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine sellers' goals, timelines, and any unique circumstances surrounding their property sale.
Educate Sellers: Explain the benefits of working with Equity Track Inc, such as fast and hassle-free transactions, competitive offers, and expertise in the real estate investment market.
Qualify Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that potential properties align with the company's investment strategy.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for home visits or property evaluations with potential sellers, coordinating with the acquisitions team as needed.
Conversation Management: Engage in active conversations with sellers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections to maintain interest and trust.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed notes within the company's CRM system, documenting all interactions, lead progress, and important details for future reference.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and provide updates on the evaluation process. Address any concerns or questions to build trust and confidence.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the acquisitions team to communicate lead details, property information, and any relevant updates that impact the acquisition decision-making process.
Data Management: Utilize CRM software to accurately record lead information, track interactions, and maintain an organized and up-to-date database.
Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales to provide accurate information to potential sellers.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging trends to enhance lead management strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential home sellers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand and address sellers' needs effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sellers in potentially sensitive situations.
