Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify and qualify prospective clients through various channels.
Develop and execute strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Present and promote Magnolia Tax Services products and services to clients effectively.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Track progress and follow up with leads to ensure timely closure of deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to leadership.
Client Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact during the sales process.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Prepare detailed sales reports and analysis for leadership.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
