Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with deep knowledge of loans and refinancing to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services, particularly in loan products and refinancing solutions. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets related to loan products.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed loan and refinancing sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in loan origination and refinancing products.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering loan and refinancing solutions that fit their profiles.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with loan products, refinancing options, and relevant market trends to ensure the team is knowledgeable and able to offer the best solutions to clients.
Loan & Refinancing Sales: Oversee the sales of personal, mortgage, and business loans, and refinancing services, ensuring smooth processes from lead generation to closing deals.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Team Training: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they understand loan structures, refinancing products, and compliance requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team sales performance, generating reports and identifying areas for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure that all loan and refinancing transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
