We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic Sales Lead Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our business forward.

Job Description:
As a Sales Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Representatives. Your goal will be to efficiently convert leads into opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of appointments and deals for our sales team. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and qualify inbound leads from our CRM (Podio) and other marketing channels.
Engage with potential sellers to determine motivation, property details, and readiness to sell.
Schedule appointments for Acquisitions Representatives with qualified leads.
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
Work closely with cold callers to manage warm transfers and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Track and report on KPIs related to lead conversion, appointment setting, and sales performance.
Utilize scripts and sales techniques to handle objections and gather necessary information from leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize the sales process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or lead management role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Podio and sales tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a high level of accountability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
