Join Our Team as a Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant!

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us generate new business opportunities. Your role will focus on outreach, appointment setting, and CRM management to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

If you have experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, and CRM management, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach – Send personalized emails and messages to business owners.
- Facebook Group Engagement – Monitor local business groups and engage with potential clients.
- Appointment Setting – Qualify leads and book discovery calls with business owners.
- CRM & Lead Management – Track all leads in GoHighLevel, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Follow-Up & Nurture Sequences – Engage with leads via email and social media to increase conversions.
- Market Research & List Building – Find and compile lists of potential clients (contractors, home service providers, etc.).
- Basic Reporting – Track outreach performance and booked appointments.

Tools You’ll Use:
- GoHighLevel – For CRM management and lead follow-ups.
- Upgrade to see actual info / Instantly.ai – For cold email outreach and automation.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator – To find and message business owners.
- Slack – For team communication and daily updates.
- Trello – For task and project management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or appointment setting.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and email marketing.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Upgrade to see actual info, Instantly.ai, or similar outreach tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during your preferred work hours.
