About Us: Sin City Rides LV is a Las Vegas car rental company offering mid-luxury vehicles, primarily serving gig drivers. With flexible terms, no credit checks, and excellent customer service, we make car rentals accessible and seamless. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads and drive daily rentals, aiming to achieve at least 50 rentals per day.

Job Description: As a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, your primary focus will be generating new rental bookings through active outreach, lead follow-up, and customer engagement. You’ll play a critical role in our growth by reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing rentals. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively generate new leads through targeted outreach on phone, email, and other platforms, introducing potential clients to our car rental options.
- Sales Engagement: Make a minimum of 50 daily rental offers to prospective customers, focusing on converting leads to confirmed bookings.
- Follow-Up Strategy: Implement follow-up strategies to nurture warm leads, handle objections, and build customer relationships to close more rentals.
- Client Needs Assessment: Communicate with prospects to understand their specific needs and recommend the best rental options tailored to their requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads throughout the sales process, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion rates.
- Rental Closing: Confirm rental agreements and facilitate the booking process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for each new booking.
- Market Research & Targeting: Identify new customer segments and opportunities, adapting lead generation strategies to reach key demographics and expand our client base.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily rental booking performance, adjust outreach strategies as needed, and report results to meet the daily goal of 50 rentals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to make and manage minimum 75 daily offers across various platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a remote work environment.
- Experience using CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
