JOB OVERVIEW

Urgently seeking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting persuasive sales calls, emails, and follow-ups, sourcing high-quality property leads,

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Outreach:
-Conduct lead outreach via call, email and text (using Google Voice) to engage property owners.
-Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, cold calling, emails, and social media.
-Effectively communicate property details, investment opportunities, and benefits to potential clients.
-Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships to drive conversions.
-Set and schedule high-quality appointments for real estate deals.

Requirements:
-Need true sales people / Cold caller for wholesaling.
-Proven experience in real estate sales and appointment setting.
-Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
-Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
-Experience with CRM tools, dialers, and online lead generation.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
