Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Management:
Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.
Qualify inbound leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate FinchUX's value proposition.
Outbound Sales Initiatives:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling,
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, introducing them to FinchUX's design and development solutions.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in lead generation and conversion.
Client Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with FinchUX's services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and development teams to align sales efforts with project capabilities and client requirements.
Performance Metrics:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales roles within the design and development industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Creative thinking and ability to articulate the value of design and development services.
