Basic Function: hot transfer calls by conducting warm and cold calls to increase the amount of sales closed by the sales team.

Responsibilities: Conduct all initial warm and cold calls and follow up calls made to generated leads with the goal of securing a Presentation opportunity and or up-sell.

schedule 1 hot transfer per day for an average of at least 5 presentations per week

Maintain accurate, up to date, and thorough notes in the CRM system.
