As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Funnel Specialist to join our growing sales team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Funnel Specialist will play a key role in optimizing and managing our sales funnels to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.. This individual will focus on designing, implementing, and continuously refining the sales funnel process to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of prospects through every stage — from awareness to conversion. Seeking proficient in drives sales using marketing funnels and landing pages is typically called a "Sales Funnel Specialist" or "Funnel Manager"; their primary responsibility is to design, manage, and optimize the customer journey through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to purchase, often by creating high-converting landing pages. The main goal is to maximize the conversion rate at each stage of the sales funnel by analyzing data and making adjustments to landing pages, calls-to-action, and marketing messaging. They need to deeply understand the target audience and their buying process to tailor the funnel accordingly.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly analytical, and experienced in B2B sales processes, marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Funnel Strategy & Optimization:
Design, implement, and manage B2B sales funnels that align with business goals and sales objectives.
Map out and optimize each stage of the sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to nurturing and closing deals.
Identify and address funnel bottlenecks and inefficiencies, continuously improving conversion rates at each stage.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on funnel stages, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to track and analyze funnel performance.
2. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Develop lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads through multiple channels (e.g., inbound marketing, cold outreach, webinars, events).
Implement effective lead qualification strategies (e.g., lead scoring, demographic/behavioral analysis) to prioritize prospects who are most likely to convert.

Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of sales funnels using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, cost per lead, and sales cycle length.
Generate actionable insights from data to optimize funnel performance and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
Present regular reports to senior leadership on funnel performance, with recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the funnel and to refine messaging and offers based on customer feedback and behavior.
Provide feedback to the content marketing team on what content and resources are most effective at different funnel stages.
Collaborate with the product team to understand features and solutions that resonate with prospects at various stages.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices related to B2B sales funnels, lead generation, and sales automation.
Continuously test and experiment with different funnel strategies, content, and tactics to optimize performance.
Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates across various funnel stages.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven experience in B2B sales funnel management or sales enablement, with a strong understanding of the sales process and buyer behavior.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
Strong knowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales conversion strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on funnel metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead velocity, cost per acquisition).
Project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency landing page builders are essential for managing and tracking the funnel effectively.
Preferred:
Familiarity with sales technologies and tools, such as Zapier, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Certifications in sales or marketing automation, such as HubSpot Sales Software Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.
