JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales-Experienced Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Identifying Sales Clues: Utilize your sharp intuition and sales expertise to recognize valuable clues that can lead to potential sales opportunities. Efficiently gather and analyze customer information to uncover their needs, preferences, and pain points.

Effective Customer Communication: Employ your exceptional communication skills to engage customers in meaningful Upgrade to see actual infomonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services and articulate their benefits in a persuasive manner. Tailor your approach to each customer, fostering positive relationships and generating trust.

Problem-Solving: Help customers resolve any challenges or issues they encounter promptly and efficiently. Actively listen to their concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and offer expert guidance to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to identify sales clues and convert leads into successful deals. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for building rapport and connecting with Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer challenges. A resourceful and proactive mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions.

Customer-Focused: Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using virtual communication tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software to carry out daily tasks effectively.

You should be available to work PST.
