JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, support sales operations, and assist in achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales Support:
Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations based on their needs.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising:
Maintain a strong knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
Assist in arranging displays, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and reporting low-stock items.
Help with product receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory.
Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records.

Sales & Marketing Support:
Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and discounts to customers.
Assist in online sales or e-commerce operations if applicable.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Keep track of daily sales and report to management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Support sales campaigns and promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or B2C sales.
Knowledge of inventory management software.
