Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a sales role—preferably in a digital marketing or similar agency environment. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and closing new business opportunities for our agency’s suite of services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing). The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven atmosphere.

4. Negotiation & Closing Deals
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to align with both agency profitability and client budgets.
• Close new business deals, ensuring successful handoffs to the project management and account management teams.
5. Relationship Building & Account Growth
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategies.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
6. Collaboration & Reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, creative) to refine sales strategies and proposals.
• Track, measure, and report on sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, pipeline value) to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or tech environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with basic sales pipeline management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
