Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity to join us as a full-time Sales Executive!

Pay Rates: $1,000 base monthly + $500+ OTE (on track earnings) commission = $1,500+ per month
Hours Per week: 40 hours (for base salary)
Specific Hours: Working shift will be 8 hours between 6am - 9pm UK (Philippines 2pm - 5am) on a set 5 out of 7 days per week
Payment Platform: Salary and commissions paid monthly directly into bank account
Other: Performance and other bonus incentives

The Sales Executive will be tasked with closing warm leads that go through a vetted and filtered system. By the time leads call, they are much closer to buying our service.

The ideal candidate should have an outgoing and dynamic personality and is able to convey this through email, chat, video-call and phone-call interactions. We want someone who is easy to talk to, friendly and very approachable. They are comfortable and confident asking for the sale. They must be very interpersonal and have the skill of connecting with people. We want someone relaxed talking to everyone without the Ma’am/Sir formalities involved.

We want someone who is a problem-solver, resourceful, dependable, can work under pressure, is self-reliant and independent, and goes above and beyond in handling issues. They will be expected to learn about our services to answer questions and eventually resolve problems on their own. The candidate should be flexible, eager to learn, comfortable with change, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid English for verbal communication with excellent communication skills via phone, email and text are a MUST.

Compensation and Commission Details:
Monthly On Target Earnings Plan for Swoosh English Sales Team

Daily Responsibilities:

Professionally and comfortably able to conduct video-sales calls, considering high-quality video, audio and lighting.
Following established sales processes.
Adhering to sales procedures via email, Whatsapp, SMS and phone
Organising, tracking and nurturing leads via a CRM system
Tracking of sales and closing ratios
Attending weekly sales meetings and in-house sales training sessions
Sales reporting and updates
Working closely with the Sales Manager and senior management team.


Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant and demonstrable face-to-face sales experience in a similar capacity
Professional/Business English level of C1 or above. Must be friendly and can carry a good conversation.
Comfortable speaking to prospective clients all over the world.
A natural salesperson: a self-motivated go-getter, independently driven to hit and exceed sales targets and maximise commissions.
Technically competent and able to use a variety of software and applications, including CRM systems
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding Sales KPIs and other targets
Able to work effectively in an ambitious and fast-paced small business
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Ability to be proactive and plan ahead
A fast and stable internet connection (This is a home-based position)
A sufficiently powerful laptop/PC (16GB RAM, i5 or equivalent processor, at least 3.5 GHz )
Access to a tidy and professional work-space with good lighting, video and audio (for video sales)
Enthusiastic, optimistic and organised
A willingness to learn and engage in further CPD
Professional and approachable attitude with great listening skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Possess a sense of humour and exude professional and personal positivity
Have a keen interest in helping students improve their English (knowledge of the OET, IELTS & PTE exams is a huge plus)
