We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. If you have a strong background in sales, leadership, and team management, this is your chance to step into a high-reward role with huge growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruit and hire top-performing sales reps
Train and coach them to maximize their closing rates
Motivate and lead the team to hit and exceed sales targets
Listen to sales calls and provide feedback for improvement
Track performance and reporting using sheets and dashboards
Collaborate and optimize strategies to drive higher conversions

What We’re Looking For:
At least six months of experience managing sales teams
Proven track record in sales and closing deals
Leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and push a team to perform
Data-driven mindset with experience in reports and performance tracking
Self-motivated and results-oriented, always aiming to exceed goals

What We Offer:
Base salary up to $2,000 per month plus commission from team sales (uncapped earnings)
