outbound sales activities
Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product
recommendations, and organizing test drives
Handling and closing transactions with customers
Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
Delivering/releasing sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate
referrals
Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
Actively identifies ways to meet ideal prospects
Performs Quality Control before handing over a vehicle to the customer
Ensures a pleasant handover with the detailed orientation of the vehicle to the customer
Provides updates on insurance policies, LTO registration status, and plates
Diligently updates customers with their next service check-up and insurance renewals
Establishes business relationships with customers for feedback gathering for customer
relations initiatives and process improvements
Extending assistance with other team members
Represents the dealership in scheduled sales, marketing, and customer loyalty programs
during holidays or Sundays
