Business Development Representative

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth. This role covers the entire sales process, from nurturing leads and negotiating contracts to closing deals and managing accounts.

Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Contract Creation and Negotiation.
- Sales Closing and After Sales Support
- Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads
- Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures
- Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients
- Organizing schedules and setting appointments
- Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed
- Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM
- Providing sales analytics and performance reports
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of sales workflow
- Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations
- Other duties that the role may require


Requirements:
- Experience in sales administration, sales support or other similar role
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, project management tools)
- Experience with CRM software
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of email marketing and social media engagement is a plus


System and Work Setup Requirements:
- High-speed internet (25 MBPS+), with backup for outages.
- PC/laptop: 8GB RAM, Core i3/Ryzen 3 or higher; Windows 10+ or Catalina 10.15+, with up-to-date browsers and security software; 500GB/128 SSD storage.
- Headset with noise cancellation, 720p+ webcam.
- Quiet, organized workspace free from distractions.
